Yoga Tune Up® (YTU) is a seven-day comprehensive biomechanics, movement-based training program built around a therapeutic style of conscious corrective exercise. The format is a unique merging of the worlds of yoga, fitness, pain management, and myofascial self-care.
YTU breaks down the nuts and bolts of human movement, providing context-based teaching strategies for the classroom, clinic, gym, or studio that translates into day-to-day movements. It interweaves anatomical fluency with a yogic lens of awareness, conscious relaxation, and body therapy.
This hybrid Training, comprised of pre-recorded workshops and lectures plus daily live Zoom sessions, goes beyond formulaic instruction to help you think, teach, and coach creatively.
*To become YTU Certified via this online hybrid training, you must watch each day’s workshop and lectures prior to participating in that day’s live Zoom session. Daily Zoom attendance is required. This training also includes daily homework, teaching practicums, and a final certification exam.

All online course content will become available on June 27, 2025 and will continue through August 17, 2025. The Course Content section below outlines all daily live Zoom session times.
Final Certification requirements include full, active participation in all live Zoom sessions (and session breakout rooms), teaching to your cohort in the Day 7 live practicum, completion of all homework, and passing the final exam. There is an initial $125 license fee when becoming fully certified.
This course is appropriate for yoga and fitness professionals, clinicians, massage therapists, coaches and movement enthusiasts.

This course is eligible for 50 Transfer Credits to Prema Yoga Institute’s IAYT-accredited Yoga Therapy Certification,It is also one of three trainings needed to become Tune Up Fitness® Certified.
Jill Miller, C-IAYT, ERYT, is the co-founder of Tune Up Fitness Worldwide, creator of the self-care fitness formats Yoga Tune Up® and The Roll Model® Method and author of best-selling book on myofascial release The Roll Model and a contributing author to the book Fascia, Function, and Medical Applications.
