SHIPPING INFORMATION



Product shipments originate from Southern California, Florida or Ontario (Canada).  Orders typically ship out the next business day, if received prior to midnight Pacific Time (even with expedited shipping). You will receive emailed tracking details once your order ships.

If your order has a strict deadline, please contact us to discuss options. Any backordered items will ship separately upon availability. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (US)
  • USPS First Class typically takes between 2-5 business days*.
  • USPS Priority typically takes between 1-3 days*
  • FedEx Ground / Home Delivery is approximately 1-4 business days depending on destination.
CANADA SHIPPING
  • FedEx Ground / Home Delivery is approximately 1-7+ business days depending on destination.
  • Canada Post is approximately 2-9+ business days depending on destination.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
  • First Class Mail International transit times can run between 4 – 6 weeks. Tracking is not available outside of the U.S.
  • Priority Mail International is approximately 2 weeks. However, there is no guaranteed delivery.
  • FedEx International: Please allow for at least 7 business days 
  • International Orders will be subject to customs/duties/taxes of which the buyer is responsible for upon arrival. These costs are not included in the cost of your order. 

Please note: Shipping transit times are not guaranteed. Delays experienced by the shipping provider are possible and out of our control.

RETURN POLICY

WHOLESALE ORDERS

: All products must be reviewed immediately upon receipt. If you have any concerns with the product or the shipment, you must notify our office within 15 days of receipt of the shipment. We will not be able to honor any returns or refunds after this time. Refund is for physical products only, Tune Up Fitness is unable to refund shipping costs.

THERAPY BALL, KITS, ACCESSORIES & BOOKS:

These items may be returned within 30 Days from date of purchase and must be in “New” condition, with the all original packaging included and attached. For kits, the DVD or CD product may not have been opened and must be fully sealed and all cardboard sleeves must still be on the tote for any ball product. Any artwork, logos and/or imprints on a Therapy Ball product must remain fully intact and visible with no wear. Refund is for the physical items returned only. Original shipping will not be refunded.

ONLINE VIDEO SUBSCRIPTIONS, RENTALS & COURSES:

The cost of these items are non-refundable. Viewing video material on the site requires broadband access. Please be sure to test your system’s ability to play video prior to making a purchase.

FOR ALL RETURNS: You must notify the Tune Up Fitness office of your desire to return a product by emailing [email protected]. Please return your product using a traceable shipping option so that your return can be verified. We, unfortunately, can not accept returns or provide refunds from third party purchases such as amazon or . If you purchased your product from another retailer, please contact that retailer for assistance.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
