Cammy has a B.S degree in Exercise Science/Health Education from Utah State University. She received her RYT200 certification from Yoga Assets in SLC, UT and her RYT500 certification from Emily Perry, Yoga Tribe in Logan, UT. She is registered with Yoga Alliance, and is an ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor. She is a Yoga Tune Up Certified Instructor through Jill Miller and a Roll Model Method Certified Instructor. She is teaching myofascial release self-care through the complementary movement modalities of yoga and Jill Miller's brilliant ball work. This practice results in pain relief, better body alignment, improved performance, and an increase in overall mobility.  Cammy loves teaching to all levels from teenagers to seniors, health challenged to hard core rock climbers. She loves connecting with and encouraging all participants in their quests for improved health and mobility.
