The first time I practiced yoga was in 2014. On weekends, I kept on traveling to trek mountains. A few years later, after my first son was born, I decided to change life plans to become a yoga teacher. It is a vocation to me, but also a way to go back to my roots since from childhood to young adult life, I practiced martial arts and taught classes.
I love to move, go outside (in nature preferably!), challenge myself and experience new things. I always liked to teach and encourage my students, my friends. Why do I teach yoga and not martial arts nowadays (although martial arts will always have a dear place in my heart)? Because it can be adapted to every body and to everybody's capacities. Because it's complete, including well-being, kindness and listening closely to your body. I am also fascinated by anatomy and biology.
Be prepared to have fun and laugh with me!
