Hi and Welcome,
I am an Intuitive Creative Hatha, 500-hour Yoga Teacher and Kundalini Yoga Teacher with years of well-rooted experience. I am Certified as a Yoga Tune Up and Roll Model Teacher as well as The Bridge to Recovery Program - working with pain, trauma, addiction, and mental health challenges. An Intuitive Reiki Master, Mediation and Mindfulness Breathing Guide, sharing my knowledge with audiences in studios, schools, corporate boardrooms, private groups, and leading retreats. My classes are soft, smooth, creative and guided with love and acceptance.
