A Little About Me
Movement science and the somatic arts have been a fascination and passion throughout
my life
I played college football as a running back until I could not out run the other players who were twice my size
I transitioned to studying classical ballet for 5 years which dovetailed into a a 10 year career as a aerobic instructor at jane fondas studio in Beverly hills
it was at that time that I discovered the rejuvenating and transformative powers of Yoga
This path has developed for many years and has allowed me to be a teach trainer for Pure Yoga for Equinox Chicago which would have been impossible without the amazing leadership and inspiration from Jill Miller and Yoga Tuneup
