The Roll Model Method is a soft-tissue conditioning, self-care fitness format that uses the various Roll Model® Therapy Balls for self-myofascial release (self-massage). This may include breath work, CheckIn and ReCheck, elements of alignment, anatomy instruction and mental awareness (such as conscious relaxation).
The four different Roll Model Therapy Balls used within the Roll Model® Method are the YTU Original Therapy Balls, the Therapy Ball PLUS, the ALPHA Ball (and ALPHA Twin set), and the Coregeous® Ball. Each provide a different size and density to help target various body areas uniquely and allow for varying pressure needs to help craft an individualized approach.
If you are interested in pursuing Trainings around the Roll Model® Method, we provide three different self-care fitness programs. Our live training, called the Roll Model® Method Training, includes the Science of Rolling and Ball Sequencing & Innovation as a complete 2 day program.

Day 1 of the Roll Model® Method training focuses on the science of pain physiology and fascia fundamentals that teaches six sequences using the original YTU Therapy Balls.
To become a Certified Roll Model® Method Practitioner, you must successfully complete all three of the above trainings. More info on becoming a RMM Practitioner can be found here. *Each of the Trainings above provides CECs for NASM, ACE, ACSM, AFAA
