The At Home Program Level 1 is a series of 6 classes for you to commence your journey of movement exploration. This foundational program helps cultivate balance, strength, agility and ease in your body and prepare you for more advanced physical work.
Each Level 1 program is a full body practice. You will explore movements and exercises that stretch and strengthen every major muscle group in your body. We will move through your legs, core and shoulders, exploring strength and capacity through all of your joints.
These practices may help you begin to unravel tensions in your tissues and expose blind spots in your existing movement patterns that may not be serving you. This method is highly efficient. The actions you take that reveal your limitations and weaknesses are the same actions you will use to bolster your strength and fill in those missing gaps.
The At Home Programs represent a lifetime of study and practice, so as you commence these programs, understand you may be embarking on a steep learning curve. Allow this process to unfold for you over time as you give your body consistent doses of intentional movement.
