Enjoy this full body class experience to both tone and lengthen the entire body and create a healthy environment for all of your body’s joints. Many of the postures and movements will look familiar but as you listen and follow along carefully to the cues, you may discover how to more deeply connect with yourself and the physical practices. Expect to engage muscles, joints, tendons and connective tissue toward length and strength with dynamic and active techniques. These are skills that will continually show up throughout all of the Yoga Tune Up® library as you show up for yourself to do the work.
