This class uses squats and the leg strength needed in the hamstrings, hips and quads to build endurance for standing poses, and for moving through your own daily life with ease.
The core is challenged repetitively in exercises like bicycles and revolved abdominal pose.
This work is balanced by plenty of hip and spine extension and knee flexion and extension.
The sequences invite you to expand your repertoire of warrior poses, so you may in time deepen your mastery and expertise of your pelvic and spinal relationship.
