This class focuses energy and awareness around what moves you in standing and walking. Enjoy the experience of moving your spine and hips in three planes of motion on the floor and in standing poses. Here you will find an opportunity to discover a deep core connection threading all the way from the top of your core at the shoulder girdle down to the pelvis.
Mega Plank, lunges, twists and plenty of leg stretches are explored here with engaging cues to bring heat and circulation to your joints and muscles. This class focuses heavily on working through the stabilizing structures surrounding and supporting the hips. Allow your practice to be a process through which you gain insight into the transformational properties of your connective tissue and the changes that can be made with consistent care.
