This class develops both arm and leg strength with exercises and stretches that connect to the intelligence of the limbs and their relationship to your abdominal Core. Many of the exercises in this class stem from the functional movements found in walking or running gait patterns.
Interspersed with these dynamic exercises are more stabilizing positions that challenge the hip joints and the shoulder complex to connect with strength at end range. The class peaks with lunges, Triangle, Downward Dog and other classical yoga asanas that integrate the lessons learned from the beginning of class with strength and flexibility.
