Welcome to Level 2 of your Yoga Tune Up® experience. This more advanced level continues to build on the skills introduced in the Level 1 lessons, adding even more health building and revitalizing moves to your repertoire.
This 6 class series is loaded with full body practices that focus on developing essential strength in the core, hips and shoulders. These classes will introduce you to a powerful strategy for engaging your deep core that you can summon to support you through all of the Yoga Tune Up® programs, strength training, and whatever challenging physical task may arise in your life.
As these lessons progress and your skill levels increase, you may discover that awareness of your body and movement is expanding. This is called proprioception, and this is a vital body sense essential for strength, balance, and reducing pain and discomfort. Yoga Tune Up® practices nurture and strengthen your proprioception and help you to live better in your body.
