Area of Focus - Adductors, Abdominals, Hip Flexors
At Home Program: Level 2, Month 4 – Legacy Collection
Asymmetry is a natural feature of the human body, but it can also be a source of discomfort. This class experience gives you time to tune in to your pelvis to reveal how the adductors, psoas, and hamstrings feel and perform from right to left.

This class is a hip and pelvis focused experience. This practice may reveal symmetry or asymmetry in the pelvis through some of the deep movers of the hips and groin. Experience how to balance lengthening poses like samakonasana on the wall with strength building work like adductor slides.
Give yourself time to observe how your heart and breath must adjust their pace to meet your body’s needs. You will alternate between active and passive movements and potentially discover interesting asymmetries through the pelvis and hips.
This is your chance to tune in to yourself, calm down and allow what’s happening beneath the skin to inform you. Some stretching in this class is held for longer periods of time, giving the connective tissues that surround the working muscles the ability to facilitate better overall movement.
