Yoga Tune Up® Level 3 is a 6 class series that refines your physical skills and awareness with surprise and novelty. These practices will challenge your body from top to bottom while integrating spontaneous and controlled movements that tone and strengthen your entire body.
These classes will zero in on your deep abdominal core, tone and lengthen your hip flexors and progressively challenge the muscles that move your hip and shoulder joints. Your proprioception and awareness around your body may start to sharpen and impact how you move and feel.
By reaching level 3 you may be ready to expand your practice with a mindset or intention. In Yoga Tune Up® we apply a mindset to our practice in order to support our personal growth. We recommend you adopt an attitude of compassion for yourself, your body and your process. Be a witness to the changes that occur for you without judgement.
