At Home Program: Level 3, Month 4 – Legacy Collection
This class is an integrated practice that explores shoulder and pelvic stability and mobility around a rotating spine. All three planes of motion for the spine are experienced with a strong emphasis on how the inner and outer thigh muscles must move to support the actions above them.

This class develops the skills and mobility needed for an improved sense of shoulder/core and pelvis/core connections. Exercises including plank and single arm plank are enhanced by movements such as reverse crucifix, Gate Pose and Bow Pose on a blanket that open all sides of the thoracic spine. These exercises strengthen the spine for activities that involve side bending and backbending.
The key skill to eye in this class is spinal rotation with pelvic stability. Stay resolved and focused during the preparatory exercises for the abdomen and inner thighs to train the resilience your tissues will need to build on this central lesson as you advance.
