This full body class bolsters strength in the shoulders, core and glutes through integrative exercises and familiar yoga poses. The movements feature a diverse repertoire of poses to practice, in sitting, standing, twisting, back-bending and inverting.
The class is fun and dynamic, and includes mini-vinis designed to provide balance to a body that may have spent a lot of time sitting, driving or doing computer work. You will explore the Warrior Pose series, Half Moon series and standing diaphragm-based backbends to provide more length on the front of the body. On this journey maintain a keen eye on your pelvis-to-spine relationship as this duo will provide added strength and stability in all your movement.
