The KneeHab programs are a series of 4 routines that progressively work to help you improve how your knee functions and feels by integrating massage, mobility and strength work. The exercises will guide you to safely and effectively work with your current range of motion to reduce pain, increase range of movement, improve performance and reduce recovery time.
The videos begin with Prehab 1 for a pampering self massage with Yoga Tune Up® therapy balls that stimulate the muscles of the hips, knees and ankles.
KneeHab1 is performed seated in a chair. This class guides you through essential exercises to gain control in the muscles of your legs and ankles.
KneeHab 2 productively challenges the muscles around the hips, knees and ankles in every range of motion.
KneeHow is more advanced as it integrates movement skill at your knee with your entire body to restore your capacity for power and performance.
KneeHab is designed to help you stay on top of the health of your knee joints by taking a proactive approach to the care and maintenance of your body on a holistic level. These sequences may also support rehabilitation therapy after an injury.
