Roll Model Mama is a series of videos designed for use during pregnancy that guides you to craft your own self-soothing massage and movement practice using Yoga Tune Up® therapy balls.
The video sequences are short and simple. Each one offers practical solutions to address common tension and mobility issues that may arise in your body during any stage of your pregnancy. There is a brief anatomy tutorial, so you can understand the big picture of how and why self massage and mobility work is beneficial during every trimester.
