Treat While You Train is a fitness series created by Jill Miller and Dr. Kelly Starrett that shares self massage treatment practices that support pain-free athletic performance and sustainable strategies for staying there.
This series complements all athletic endeavors and movement practices.
These programs use the Yoga Tune Up® therapy balls and the Coregeous® ball to massage deeply into your muscles, joints and fascia to help improve range of motion, flexibility and reduce overall body stress.
Included in the program is a time-saving strategic lesson called Global Shear. Global Shear is a myofascial release technique that uses the Coregeous® ball to efficiently soften, hydrate and soothe larger body areas at one time.
Targeted individual videos get much more specific for the following regions:
– Upper Torso
– Shoulders & Chest
– Elbows, Wrists, & Forearms
– Lower Torso
– Knee and its Neighbors
– Feet & Ankles
The techniques and applications presented here are based on Jill and Kelly’s real world, best practices working with their own client populations. They have guided thousands of students to move better in their bodies with pain-free performance in a multitude of activities.
