Yoga Tune Up® and Roll Model® Method Workshops are concentrated events that delve deep into specific body topics such as core, hips, back, shoulders, and stress reduction. Whether you're an overtaxed endurance athlete, or just beginning to turn on your body's physical engines, our exceptional teachers will guide you into your issues, tissues, and body "blind spots," helping you to strengthen, heal and thrive. Workshops are also a great opportunity to interface with the Tune Up Fitness community and share this experiential journey of regenerating your body, mind and spirit.
Classes
