Ashley Hoffman

Ashley is a certified Pilates Instructor and YTU Instructor. Her deep understanding of the body began at a young age with her training and then career as a professional ballet dancer. Injuries and rehab always provided a learning experience and anatomy lesson! After teaching Pilates for 13 years, as well as being a Teacher Trainer for Equinox's Pilates Certification, Ashley completed Jill Miller's 2022 YTU Training in Los Angeles, where Ashley resides with her husband and child. Ashley is passionate about helping others build awareness, strength, and healthy mobility in their body, meeting them no matter where they are in their fitness journey.
