The best way to break in a new pair of YTU Therapy Balls is to roll them underneath your feet. Remove both balls from their tote and place them on the floor near a wall or a chair. Place your hand on the wall or chair to stabilize yourself. Stand with one Tune Up Ball under the most arched part of your instep, then roll your ankle from side to side so that the ball crisscrosses and massages the arch of your foot. Repeat 10-20 times. Then, move the ball to your heel and smush your heel in the ball while briskly rubbing your heel with as much force as you can from side to side. Repeat 10-20 times. You can then place the ball at the base of your toes, keeping your heel on the floor, and allow the bones of your foot and toe to drape over the ball. Roll the ball from side to side 10-20 times. You can complete the process by rolling the ball up and down the length of your foot 10-20 times. Continue with your next unused Therapy Ball on your other foot, and you will be all set (plus your feet will feel wonderful!).
