Elaine Jackson

I am a devoted yoga nerd who came from a rehab medicine background (I recently retired from a career in occupational therapy) and I'm very experienced in modifying yoga for clients with special needs. I feel that Yoga Tune Up® has given me even more tools to draw on, and I use it extensively in my practice to deal with my own aches, pains and postural samskaras. I love teaching philosophy, meditation and pranayama, and frankly, I think yoga is whatever leads us inward toward insight and outward towards love. Sometimes, I wonder where adductor slides fit in, but when they stop being excruciating I'll weigh in on that.
