Heidi Broecking

Heidi found her yoga and meditation practices twenty years ago as a new parent. While primarily a Zen practitioner, she has discovered many different meditation methods and believes there is an opportunity for meditation and mindfulness in any (and every) action or moment. She received her certification as an Integrated Yoga Tune Up® teacher in 2014. Heidi is a 500-hour educated RYT and received her 200-hour and 300-hour advanced certifications in 2010 and 2018 respectively. She has also completed additional anatomy coursework with Tiffany Cruikshank.

Heidi is also an avid cyclist and was an ambassador/group ride leader for Campagnolo Gran Fondo New York for seven years. She is a professional graphic designer with 30 years of experience in the field and additionally has 22 years of experience as a mom.
