Investigate, scrutinize and pause your inhalation to maximize control, precision, and room for your breath. Rest your sacrum on a Coregeous Ball or the floor, and direct your focus to dividing your inhalation into three parts with increasingly less effort. Be sure to take notice of how the distinct steps activate and engage each of the zones of respiration through each round.
3 Step Breath is an inhalation-driven exercise that trains a fuller breath and actively powers on your relaxation response.
