When I first met my husband, he couldn’t bend his knees past 90? due to multiple knee surgeries. For a guy like him the cue don’t let your knee drift forward of your ankle was a perfect cue. But how he longed to have full range to allow his calves and quads to stretch. Knee replacements are predicted to increase by 400% over the next 20 years, so it is our collective responsibility to make sure the elasticity of all knee related tissues are mobile and functional. This class busts the myth of No knees over toes and provides a much knee-ded workout for you.

After doing the 90° KNEES AND OTHER ANGLES THEY KNEED class, we recommend you also do the following class from the Library:
