High intensity training is one of the many levers that benefit total health. For bodies that have cooled that part of their movement diet, it can be scary to re- introduce intensity for fear of injury or exposing weakness. This class includes precovery and recovery as well as lower intensity options to give you an onramp to robustness. As a fitness professional who avoided intensity for years to protect arthritis, it would be my honor to help you build confidence in this aspect of your body. Dip your toe into it for 12 minutes of intensity with just a TOUCH of HIIT.
