Ankle Sprain Retrain
Given that the majority of ankle sprains occur between the ages of 15 and 24, many of us are walking around on ankles that may not have fully resolved their mobility or stability issues over time. This practice is a great place to address a recent ankle sprain, or a decades old injury with lagging function.

This practice is a great place to address a recent ankle sprain, or a decades old injury with lagging function.
