Enjoy this full body class experience to both tone and lengthen the entire body and create a healthy environment for all of your moving joints. Many of the postures and movements will look familiar, but, as you listen and follow along carefully to the cues, you may begin to deeply connect your body and mind with the physical practices.
Engage and lengthen muscles, joints, tendons and connective tissue with dynamic and active techniques. These are the building blocks for skills that will continually challenge and advance you through all of the Yoga Tune Up® library. This lesson begins on the floor and offers plenty of transitions to standing, kneeling, squatting and resting. Create movement through every joint of the body and learn to connect to yourself in the process.
