This class encourages you to explore every nook and cranny of your abdominal core and its support from above, your shoulders. Some of the poses may feel awkward or unusual at first, but try to keep an open mind. It’s this sense of playfulness that will help sustain your practice, build your curiosity and fuel your desire to come to the mat.
You will need to summon your stamina because strength and balance are challenged by moving again and again from the ground to standing upright. Some familiar poses here like locust, tadasana and tree pose are complemented by fun mini vinis or mini vinyasas. These dynamic moves of the shoulders and hips flood the big joints of the body with energy and circulation to fuel your practice with novelty.
