This class challenges leg strength and core stability to build endurance for standing poses and to move through daily life with ease. Practice with an eye on the dynamic relationship between your pelvis and spine, and how it impacts your posture and sense of self.
You will practice foundational movements that refine skills like the hip hinge with squatting and deep abdominal strength work.These are valuable skills that over time can help grow your capacity and repertoire of warrior pose options.
As your practice deepens, your self awareness around your unique anatomy will grow. You will develop a greater understanding of your capacity for movement at the present moment and, more practically, become stronger in the process.
