Enjoy the experience of moving your spine and hips in three planes of motion, on the floor and in standing poses. Discover a deep core connection with the top of your shoulder girdle, and learn how to thread engagement all the way down to the pelvis.
Mega Plank, lunges, twists and plenty of leg stretches challenge you with engaging cues to bring heat and circulation to your joints and muscles. Allow your practice to be a process through which you gain insight into the transformational properties of your connective tissue and the changes that happen alongside consistent attention.
