This class offers arm and leg movements that help you to weave connected strength from the limbs to your core. Many of the exercises in this class are derived from the functional movements found in walking or running gait patterns.
The class peaks by integrating the preparatory exercises into many classical yoga asanas. This experience is designed to help you discover new muscular activation in each of these familiar shapes and poses.
