This lesson uses active and passive stretches and exercises to develop fluid movement continuity throughout your entire system. Practice how to integrate your core from the top of the shoulder girdle down to the pelvis and around your trunk.
Explore contracting and releasing the hamstrings, glutes, quadriceps, obliques and rotator cuff muscles with techniques that wake up your brain and body connection. Classic yoga poses are tuned and turned up a notch to awaken new lines of engagement and decompression of the low back, adductors, groin and hips.
