Get ready to let go of your expectations around what it means to work from the deep core. This class helps you dive into your abdominals with integration and refinement. This practice begins at the most superficial layer, the rectus abdominis, and slowly descends deeper and deeper into the body layer by layer.
You will learn to work with your breathing to find engagement with the transversus, obliques and psoas and thread strength all the way through the arms and legs towards whole body integration. The inner and outer thighs are also summoned to work, helping them find new confidence in standing poses. With practice these movements will help to inform your body at the core level and fine tune your deep inner listening skills.
