This practice heightens awareness of the three planes of movement in the human body, an essential element of improving tissue capacity. Experiences like the Revolved Abdominal Pose Series and Monk Walks become refreshing challenges that help build stronger skills from your core through your limbs. Learn to find enjoyment in each movement so that practice becomes something you crave.
The lessons learned will help enliven and integrate the core muscles that wrap around the sides of the body. Feel how the obliques of the abdomen, the rotator cuff of the shoulders and abductors and adductors of the hip play together to draw strength toward your midline.
