This lesson is designed to help keep your yoga and movement practices fresh and interesting by directing your mental focus through your breath.
For this lesson you will experience some new ways to experience a classic yoga flow, the sun salute series. This series will shake up old habits and help captivate your mind’s attention with new behaviors.
Let yourself be inspired by a concept called the yogic rhythmic breath. Through attention and observation to this breath you learn the physiological rhythms of breathing and circulation that are ever present within us. These rhythms seek to be in synchronicity so as to meet the demands set upon them by our physical activity and mental state.
