The shoulder mobility required for handstands challenges spinal strength. This full body class readies you for handstand through upper body mobility and strengthening to help you integrate your core into every phase of your practice. You’ll find yourself better equipped for handstands and standing postures in class and in life.
By the end of class your body will feel like every single joint has been moved through all ranges of motion out there. If you have time, we highly recommend warming up your shoulders and upper back with a therapy ball massage before class.
