Invigorate your central axis and rock less tension into the back of the breath, low back and hips. This mobility exercise leans you into the wall to sense the sway of your spine, as you slowly pump fluidity and mobility through the axis of the vertebrae.
Axial Rocks on the Wall, Inspired by Gary Ward, relaxes and encourages lubrication between the segments of your spine and shoulders for maximal mobility, comfort, and sense of grounding.
