In this 30 Min Breath & Core Class from our Live Recorded Series, Jill takes you through and identifies common areas of soft-tissue restriction in the back and carefully mobilizes the respiratory diaphragm’s attachments within the back of your body.

50% of your breathing takes place in the back of your body, assuming tensions on those myofascial structures don’t resist the act of respiration. Create a new ease of breathing and experience the multidimensionality of breath.
