The reason I’m pairing TREE POSE class with BLOCK PARTY is because the use of the block in many of the classes places you on one point of contact with the ground, similar to standing on one limb in Tree. The preparations and rollouts in the Tree class will make you even more comfortable with using the block as a new and welcome asymmetrical appendage.
