In this 30 Min Breath & Core Class titled: Breath Endurance: Strategies for Increasing Breath-holds, Jill takes you through the breath cycle and shares techniques to improve breathing. Breath practices are on an upward trajectory in the fitness space right now. The Yoga world has cherished breath practices for millenia. These two communities are now combining practices in a myriad of ways, and breath holding is one of those practices. This class will introduce novel breath holding practices intermixed with rollouts to build neuromyofascial capacity.
