Unlock strain on the shoulders emanating upward from the hip flexors. Rest facedown with a Coregeous Ball against the lower side of the ribs, and pin and mobilize the diaphragm. Advance onwards with several rounds of contract/relax for extra sense of release from pelvis to shoulders.
