Breathe into an improved sense of the action and pressure of your breath. Supported by two Coregeous Balls, observe the inflow and outflow of your breath as it moves from the inner spaces to create noticeable shifts that are perceivable from outside of your body.
Rib Recoil Breath is a double Coregeous Ball exercise that helps you build an improved sense of proprioception and of interoception, and supports your skill in taking a more sustaining breath.
