Mobilize the joints of the thoracic spine through guided deep tissue self massage of the upper back. Allow this practice to reform the body and improve flexibility in the ribs along with your breath capacity.
Part of the larger Coregeous Series, this class focuses on creating opportunities to improve mobility and gain strength in the upper back. As we allow new movement into our upper back we more deeply access our core muscles and make gains. With practice the ribs reform to renovate and add on space for the lungs to expand.
