Get Coreganized is a deep dive into the inner arrangement of the core. Explore the COREdinated system that includes the psoas muscle and its inner circle: the respiratory diaphragm, obliques and the intercostals.
Many of the exercises feature eccentric practices, movements performed with the muscles in a lengthened state that allow greater access to more soft tissue. When we train our muscles eccentrically we strategically offer opportunities to our body and mind to tap into the contractile and tensile qualities of our fascia.
These valuable tissue components, connectivity and elasticity, underlie our strength and buttress our efficiency in moving as a whole coordinated system. When training our core with these principles in mind, we stand to gain strength with less tension, toning our center with easeful fierceness.
