It’s time to really Get Coregeous. Integration is the name of the game in this advanced rolling and movement practice, which tests your breath and strength skills as you are tasked with engaging all the muscles that maypole 360 degrees around your spine.
Earlier in the Coregeous Series, we focused on methods and exercises to isolate and strengthen the individual muscles that knit together to form your abdominal core. In this class you get to fully embrace all of these learned lessons and move with whole body integration, taking your spine into flexion, extension and rotation while breathing with skillful intent.
This class definitely benefits from some spinal and abdominal warm up. We highly recommend rolling along the spine prior to doing this work.
