Your diaphragm is not only your major breathing muscle, but it also supports posture, digestion, blood flow, lymph flow and so much more. This class evolved out of a self-practice that I started performing during the past Flu season. I got hit hard and was having a very difficult time creating a “productive cough.” But with the help of 2 Coregeous Balls, I could clear my lungs within minutes.
*Beneficial side-effects include the disappearance of low back pain, easy bowel movements, feeling taller and altogether more posturally free.
