Stretch your fascial seams to their limit and expand your capacity for breath by up-leveling your diaphragm vacuum with upper body work. Relax your gut, mind, and breath by bridging into your breathwork, then create extra core work by reaching your arms overhead and tugging against the corners of your mat. Enjoy the additional tractioning of the rib cage as you melt your spine down.
